T&C Outline Any reference to “I”, “me” or “our” refers to Kal/Karu as a freelance artist.
By commissioning me you agree to all the following terms;You acknowledge all my artwork is digital and you will not be receiving anything physical.All my art, unless previously discussed, is for private use only.You must provide a full character reference for commissions that are not character design based.Commercial art may be subject to upcharge and direct credit.Selling my art without prior permission will result in a blacklist and potential legal action.As the artist I still own the copyright and have the right to post the artwork and use it as promotion material.Do not edit, trace or remove my signature from the artwork. Minor edits are allowed with permission, if not this will result in a blacklist. (memes and funny edits do not count)If you use my designs or Live2D Models, please credit my twitter in your description. (@kaltegliavt)I have the right to refuse or cancel the commission at any time if I feel uncomfortable.When it comes to character design, you may not change or alter the design without prior permission. All changes must be done via me or with my permission, if not this will result in a blacklist. (Alternate outfit art does not count)I am allowed to post work in progress images or work on the commission on livestream, if you wish for it to stay private, this will result in an upcharge.Credit to my twitter account must be given when you use the artwork.Additional Terms and ConditionsYou cannot resell the adoptable design without prior permission from me.Minor changes are allowed as long as they’re done through me. (minor changes such as; skin tone or accessory. No more than 2 changes. No colour palette changes. Additional outfits are allowed.)Partial payments are allowed however, if payment it not received, I have the legal right to re-sell the design.I have the right to revoke public usage of the design if I conclude that it is being misused or it’s use damages my brand.Payments and ProcessAll prices listed are in £GPB, conversion rates may vary.I only take payments on PayPal via invoice.Progress images will be sent through the decided upon social media, (twitter, discord, etc.)I will collect full payment before starting work on the commission. (Unless a payment plan has been agreed upon)Payment plans for commissions totalling over £1,000 can be discussed.Once I start working on it, your commission may take anywhere between a week to 4 months, depending on the type. Frequent updates will be given.When the commission is complete I will send you a .zip file via e-mail or discord with the .psd file and a .pngRefunds will only be issued if I have not started the commission (100% refund).No refunds after the commission has started.I will not refund if you are: unhappy with the commission upon completion, change your mind or it's taking longer than you thought it would.What I WILL and WILL NOT drawI WILL DRAW: Original characters, NSFW, Vtubers, Relationship Art (Ships), Fictional Characters, etc. (ask for other)I WILL NOT DRAW: Mecha, Landscapes, Real People Ships (unless consent from all parties are given), Other Art Styles, Hate Speech, minors, characters that look like minors, NSFW of Real People, etc. (ask for other)
